Diedra is invaluable in her role as Kermit’s executive assistant and team leader. A licensed realtor herself, she brings a variety of talents and experience to this role. With exacting attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills, Diedra coordinates all aspects of Kermit’s team and provides him support in all phases of the Real Estate process. Employing considerable people skills in her hands-on approach with Kermit’s clients she is an integral part of the team.

Melissa Holman with a B.S. in Journalism, additional design and computer coursework and 19 years experience as a graphic artist, plays an essential role in Kermit's team as Marketing Director. Melissa's extensive abilities in computer technology and marketing design allows Kermit to focus his attention directly on serving the client. Melissa's skills include photography, designing marketing pieces and copy writing.

Gretchen lends her considerable talents to Kermit’s team in all areas, but excels in the role of seller’s agent. Holding a Bachelor’s and Master's Degree from Goucher College. Gretchen is a former CPA, publication writer and editor. Her attention to detail and knowledge of Real Estate regulations and laws compliment Kermit’s vision and strategies. Gretchen is an expert at finding potential buyers, a skilled negotiator and is committed to exceeding your expectations.
