Tom Ford: A Life Well Designed at Cerro Pelon Ranch

Called Cerro Pelon Ranch, the property encompasses more than 20,000 acres (8,094 hectares) in northern New Mexico and features a meandering river, cottonwood trees and grazing pastures.

Owned by fashion designer and film director Tom Ford, the property was recently put on the market, with a reported asking price of $75 million.

The home is constructed of primary glass and concrete with an equestrian facility designed by Ando – the 1995 Pritzker Prize laureate.
