Shana Allen is a licensed Realtor and has enjoyed industry success in the OKC Metro since 2000. Shana works closely with Kermit's clients and is very familiar with the luxury real estate market. Shana has earned her designation as a 'Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist' from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is an integral part of Kermit's team and will often assist Kermit with showings. One of Shana's specialties is working with out of town buyers.

Madison Beam
MARKETING | DESIGN
Madison joined Kermit's team as a graphic designer in 2019. She graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a degree in communication, where she discovered a way of combining her love of art with visual communication by becoming a graphic designer. When she is not designing marketing materials for Kermit and his clients, she works freelance taking commissions for other graphic design projects. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and traveling.
