A Supermodel Size Price Tag on Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's Malibu Estate

Model Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber are selling their remodeled estate in Malibu, CA, for the sky-high price of $60 million, Variety reports. It’s currently the most expensive listing in the posh beachside community.

The two-story, 5,254-square-foot house is Malibu chic with a huge great room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a wraparound terrace and breathtaking views. The open kitchen features a breakfast bar.

A winding staircase leads to the second floor, which has a master suite with ocean views, fireplace, sitting area, his-and-her baths, and dressing closets. There are two more bedroom suites with private entrances and a media room that could be used as a fourth bedroom. Another suite comes with a full kitchen, bath, and large closet.

But it’s the 3-plus acres on the Encinal Bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean that truly take our breath away. The estate includes manicured lawns with mature trees, a path to the beach, and a long driveway that wends past a tennis court.

When the couple eventually sell the estate, they’ll still own the larger of the two parcels they bought in 2015 for $50.5 million.
