Magazine Publisher, Jason Binn's Tribeca Loft hits the Market for $10.95 Million

Jason Binn, New York -based magazine publisher of high-end magazines for the uber wealthy, just put his Tribeca loft on the market for $10.95 million.

This 4,400 SF, 3 Bed condo that overlooks the Hudson River was purchased in 2005 with his real estate broker wife, from whom he is now separated. Architect Tony Ingrao designed it and it's part of the posh River Lofts two-building development.

Consciously uncoupled duo Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin also own a penthouse here (but in a different building), which they recently removed from the market after struggling to find a buyer. This, despite cutting the asking price, and the actress showing it off on her website Goop.

Mr. Binn is best known for being the founder and CEO of DuJour Media Group. The company formed a partnership with Gilt in 2012 to launch DuJour magazine for wealthy Americans and past cover stars include Christy Turlington, Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian-West.
