Manhattan Mansion with Rooftop Views of the Empire State Building
Following his March wedding to former model Jerry Hall, media executive Rupert Murdoch is putting his Manhattan mansion on the market for $28.9 million. Dolly Lenz of Dolly Lenz Real Estate is the listing agent.
With incredible views of the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center, this is prime real estate in a super location. The townhouse is 25-foot wide and is located in West Village. Featuring four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three partial baths.
Nearly every floor has outdoor space, including a rooftop terrace. French doors on the garden level open to a three-tiered garden. There’s also a gym, wine cellar and screening room.
“We’ve had inquiries from around the world,” Lenz said. “The likely [buyers] are Chinese nationals, private equity investors, hedge-funders, entrepreneurs and, generally, the wealthy... looking for a super-prime location.”
Mr. Murdoch is the Executive Chairman of News Corp, which owns Dow Jones, publisher of Mansion Global.
