Lenny Kravitz's Onetime Miami Beach House Seeking $25 Million
Lenny Kravitz's former Miami Beach Mansion, located in the neighborhood of Sunset Island, is up for sale. The asking price is a mere $25 million. The rock star bought the estate in 2001 for $8.95 million.
Listing agent Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate tells the Wall Street Journal that Kravitz 'put his mark on' the property by bringing in sand to create a private beach on the grounds of the tropical getaway.
In 2005, the famous musician sold the home to its current owner - New York City real estate developer Stephen Muss - for a cool $14.5million.
The estate, located on a private beachfront, features a movie theater, pool, gym, meditation garden, and elevator and almost 12,000 square feet.
