Trump Tower Condo Relisted for $13 Million

Jocelyn Wildenstein has relisted an enormous Trump World Tower condo for nearly $13 million. While her name might not be instantly recognizable, you’d know her if you saw her. The 71-year-old New York socialite was given the moniker “Catwoman” because of all the plastic surgery performed on her face.

Wildenstein’s 5,160-square-foot apartment in the Turtle Bay section of Manhattan includes eight bedrooms and consumes most of the 51st floor, according to Luxury Listings. The gigantic spread combines three condos Wildenstein bought in 2001 and 2007. She has reportedly been trying to unload the property since 2015, when she listed it for $17.5 million.

The listing says the apartment maintains “sweeping views over the city” and is ready for renovation. Photos of the apartment reveal city views and the Trump building’s “white glove” lobby, exercise room, and pool. But there are no images of the home’s opulent (we assume) interior spaces.
