The nearly five-acre luxury estate was the most expensive home on the market in the tropical French territory when it went up for sale for $28 million about three months ago, but has recently been reduced with a nearly 40% price cut. The new asking price is $16.9 million, according to the listing with St. Martin Sotheby's International Realty.
