LA Rams Owner Buys BIG in TEXAS with the Purchase of Waggoner Ranch

Stan Kroenke continued his hot real estate acquisition run this week, buying the $725 million WT Waggoner ranch in North Texas, according to the Houston Chronicle. Less than a month after the Rams owner won his $1.8 billion bid to move the former St. Louis Rams to Los Angeles, Kroenke bought a longtime family-owned ranch that is nearly twice the size of the entire city of Los Angeles. The price Kroenke paid for the ranch is undisclosed, but you can be assured that he paid close to the asking price for the 535,000-acre property.
