There's plenty of evidence that contact with nature is very good for both our feelings of well being and our health. The vast majority of us all know that if we spend more time outdoors our health improves. By creating spaces in our own backyards that allow for yoga in the garden or just breathing in fresh air beneath an open pavilion, we might be giving ourselves a healthy mental boost.
